Sam is a Founder and Managing Director at Centel Wealth Advisory.

He has 30+ years of experience, is a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is known for his deep focus on helping clients in tax planning, financial planning, and business and retirement plan consulting.

Prior to founding Centel in 2024, Sam was a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Snowden Lane Partners worked at Merrill Lynch for nine years where he earned the title First Vice President and spent over 12 years at Smith Barney. Sam started his career in the New Haven area as an accountant, achieving the Certified Public Accountant designation.

Sam graduated from Gettysburg College in 1988 where he majored in both Business Administration and Classical Studies. He lives with his wife, Laura, in Cheshire, CT with their two children. Sam enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking and birdwatching.
